This year hats are very popular and a quick way to perk up your outfit...and I love that many of them are vintage inspired.
We have many styles to choose from at Joyworks covering all the trends.
Everything from Romantic,Preppy Chic, and Faux Fur, to Warm and Cozy.
I didn't have my camera today but found pictures of some hats similar to the ones we carry from a "Fall 2010 Hat Trends" fashion site.
Ours isn't quite this furry... :)
I'll share pictures of our hats soon.

Fall Fun
Sometimes I display things in the store "just for fun!"...I can't seem to part with them but want to share them...like this embellished large crow painting. However, I am planning on painting a similar crow picture soon.
Loving this new fun fruit print...napkins,tray,coasters, and bucket.
Sunflowers are a happy and fun flower!
Mix it up and have some fun...add bright green with black and white.
Adding little light branches to colorful leaves is a great way to brighten up your fall arrangement.
So Fun! :)

Style Inspiration...
Lately I have been watching behind the scenes of New York fashion shows on the Sundance Channel...love it! It makes me want to be a designer!
I was inspired by this wonderful dress with ruffles in beautiful shades of grey.
As I ponder what to make for the upcoming Ruffles and Rust show I have been putting together my inspiration board or pile...
I'm also loving pink ruffles and leopard...
My collection is just starting to take shape...It will interesting to see how it all comes together ...:)

Hydrangeas and Botanitcals
It was a busy week at Joyworks...so many wonderful customers and lots of freight!
After pricing and putting things away it was fun to stop for awhile...fluff and create new displays.
For a touch of fall I added some dried hydrangeas with beautiful botanical pictures.
I love the new pillows, runners, and toppers in the script print.
My mom was so sweet and brought me my favorite green hydrangeas from her garden.
A little touch of fall for me at home.

A French Inspired Flea Market
This morning I met friends to go shopping at "No.123 Rue des Park Lane" in Kirkland.
Haley's Cottage was the sponsor of this quaint French inspired market.
I made a quick stop on my way to work and wish I could have stayed longer.
All the booths looked so cute...and it's always fun to see my friends who were vendors this year.
Tamara's booth from The Vintage Nest...
I made a special stop at "Pink Rhinestone" to visit with my long time friends Cindy and Jody.
This is their first booth together and I loved seeing all their wonderful creations.
I love the little Champagne thrones...
Melaine's booth from My Sweet Savannah...
Julie and Marybeth's booth from Poppyseeds...
